Society and Vision of Work
The interpretation that the man has given the word work and what the word implies has changed dramatically in the course of human evolution and even more remarkable is the change from social evolution that has taken. The work has been with man since time immemorial and is in the beginning when it was only a way to get food and survive, up to the radical vision of seeing the work only as a way to increase wealth and social status economic-owned. The work throughout history has changed its form to be understood by companies depending on the context of temporality both culturally and that nothing is constant and change in a concept such as the work is something that naturally change. You also have to recognize that individuals have a concept of sharing will work with society and generate a new concept to be adopted by the society in which they operate.
Once unleashed all the revolutions of workers seeking a better quality of life, created new visions of how society should be organized, this gave rise to modern forms of organization, such as capitalism and communism. A person who find themselves getting rich without trying to contribute to the surrounding community to implicitly generate support it, because to get rich should be able to produce goods and exchange them for wealth and because "the needs are the source of the value of all things and the price of these is the power it has to meet our needs? we can say that if society wants to exchange the goods produced, they must meet the needs of this, the person individually his desire for wealth helps you get the satisfaction of the needs of society confirming what Fourier: "every individual, but not following their interest, constantly serve the interests of the masses? . According to the level of development of society is seen as work, as a society "modern?, We can not think we are on the cusp of this evolution, we must be always open to change, one that is proactive and coercive as to the society concerned.
We must work not only for oneself but for the common good. The vision of the work is carried out according to the society. Victor Manuel Delgado Vallevictor.delgadov @ gmail.com
