Food-for cellulite begins to see results in days Small Eating Properly
Fortunately diets today are not what they were before. Especially if you no longer relate to eat what we like, we are never satisfied and therefore we are always hungry.
And as this is not about that fight cellulite diets appear to be a broken record, every day eating the same, we will give as an example some daily menus. All to give you idea of the variety of foods for cellulite than you can ever have to go hungry and foremost for you to accomplish your goal to soften your skin.
Example 1 Food for Cellulite:
For breakfast you can eat a boiled egg accompanied by a slice of bread and a drink fruit juice, preferably they are Citrus, and a cup of coffee, preferably decaffeinated.
For lunch you can eat grilled meat cooked and flavored with lemon, a fresh salad with tomato, fennel and cucumber, along with a slice of bread. If you want you can add to the salad a little olive oil or plain yogurt.
In the afternoon you can take fruit juice or a glass of skim milk.
And for dinner, a salad of spinach, along with a portion of cottage cheese and a slice of bread.
Example 2: Food for Cellulite:
You can have breakfast one boiled egg accompanied by a slice of bread and a tomato juice as a beverage.
For lunch, grilled grilled fish accompanied by fresh salad or steamed vegetables and a slice of bread.
By midafternoon, an apple, either fresh or cooked in the oven. Eye, you should not add any seasoning or sweetener.
And for dinner, a plate of steamed vegetables, a slice of bread and a slice of pineapple. A plant I can add a little olive oil.
