Where do you start?

First, everyone can be active, it is recommended that from little ones begin to practice any kind of sport such as soccer, tennis, swimming, martial arts, dance among others. It is important to create the habit of doing sports in them and fight against inactivity.

If you are a person who wants to start improving your health through exercise I recommend you start by little, you can go to the gym or taking a walk, ideally three times a week because after any physical exertion is important that the muscle rest, I recommend going for a walk three times a week 20 or 30 minutes.
